Viewing Trips to Morocco
Siroco estates inspection visits are based on two people travelling. Due to the distance between the Tangier coastline and Fez it is only possible to view one or the other. (Not both in the same trip) The two inspection visits also have different criteria so please read on for further details.
Tangier & Asilah
Clients travelling from the UK will fly in to Malaga or Gibraltar international airports, due to the availability of flights from across the UK. You will be collected from the airport and taken to either your hotel or direct to the ferry depending on your arrival time. If you have a one night stop over in Spain you will be taken to the ferry the following morning.On your arrival at Tangier Port our representitive will be waiting for you. Our representitive in Tangier will be a bi-lingual consultant who will have a thorough knowledge of both the area and the properties available. He / She will spend as much time with you as you require and will be able to answer any questions you may have based on his own personal experience.
Once you have inspected the properties available your return journey will also be catered for. Inspection visits generally take 2 days.
Clients travelling from Spain are asked to do so from our office in Fuengirola. An early start should insure that the inspection visit can be carried out in a single day. Your trip will include connection to and from the Ferry and the Ferry journey itself
You will be under no pressure to buy - all our consultants are salaried and are provided with a company car and expense account. They will welcome you as a purchaser but are not dependent on the sale for their livelihood.

Alternatively you can take a direct flight from the UK to Tangiers. They are becoming increasingly more affordable and available. Here you will be met by one of our representitives in Morocco. Hotel accommodation can be arranged on your behalf if required. Once you are settled in arrangements will be made to show you all the properties in which you are interested.
Fez
Clients travelling from the UK are asked to do so from either Luton or Gatwick airport (dependent on availability). On your arrival at Fez international airport you will be collected by one of our english speaking representitives. Your hotel will likely be the 5 star Royal Mirage hotel. Your inspection visit will last 2 or 3 days depending on the availabiolity of flights.Clients travelling from Spain will fly from Malaga airport. Again your representitive will be waiting for you at Fez airport and your hotel will likely be the Royal Mirage. Your inspection visit will last two days.
Once you have arrived in Morocco our local representative will take you to the site / sites of your choice. you will also be able to view the local areas of interest. ie. beaches, town centre, local ammenities etc.
During lunch at one of the local restaurants our representative will be pleased to answer any questions you may have.
Whenever possible all viewings will be on a one-to-one basis.
We have been in business long enough to know that not everybody buys (most do however!!) We trust that your trip will be at least a pleasant and interesting experience.
On your Inspection visit your hotel accomadation will be covered. Reception may need to confirm payment with us before you check out. Whilst checking out please remember to settle any other bill for refreshments or meals that you may have with the hotel.
