Amount paid as deposit - 24,000 euros (20%)
This increase amounts to just over 150% of the original investment but costs such as legal fees, etc must be taken into account and the property will need to be sold at slightly below market value to encourage a quicker resale. Therefore after 2 years a profit margin of between 120% - 140% on the original investment should be achievable.
