THE MORTGAGE

We can arrange mortgages between 50% - 100% of the property value with leading local Banks. Proof of income is required. e.g. A P60 if you are employed or last year’s Tax Return for self-employed persons. Please note these mortgages are more often than not Non Status Mortgages. We require only minimal proof of income and no enquiries are made concerning your financial commitments or existing loans/finance obligations within the UK.Our Mortgages are arranged through leading world banks and are generally provided for terms up to 25 years.

EXTRAS TO PURCHASE PRICE

Most mortgage lenders will charge around 1% for the set up of your mortgage. Be sure to ask about the set up fee before proceeding with your chosen lender.
 
HOW DO I PURCHASE A PROPERTY WITH SIROCO ESTATES?

 £ 35,000 Purchase Price with an 70% Mortgage 
Reservation Deposit £2,500
30 days later balance of 30% deposit £8,000
Contract and agency fees plus 16% VAT* £3,300
Total Deposit (nothing else until completion) £13,800
On completion either pay the balance of 70% by cash or take advantage of a prearranged mortgage £24,500
Total payment on completion £24,500
Moroccan VAT is generally included in the purchase price
